Open joint stock company «Radiovolna» is specializing in the production of components to automobiles and tractors electrical equipment. Among them there are about 90 types of alternators, spare parts and units to engines produced by Minsk Motor Works; ventilation and heating systems to cabs and cabins of automobile and tractor machinery; handles, ignition switches and lock sets to trucks MAZ. The enterprise has also a great potential and experience in manufacturing tooling for various companies.
The goods produced by “Radiovolna” have the Certificates on the conformity to the State Standard of Belarus and Russia. The quality management system of this production is certified on the conformity to the requirements MS series ISO 9001-2009.
The enterprise is located in the north-west industrial district of Grodno on the borders with Poland and Lithuania. It is situated on the territory of Free Trade Zone «Grodnoinvest». The company has got convenient access roads and all communication networks.
The export geography of our enterprise is large. We deliver our goods to Ukraine, Estonia, Russia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Moldova, Vietnam and other countries.
In 2003 a production of electrical wire harnesses for Volkswagen company was organized on the territory of “Radiovolna”. Afterwards «Radiovolna» had been acknowledged to be the most rapidly developing enterprise among other production enterprises of Volkswagen company for the period of 2004-2005. The quality management system of this production was certified on the conformity to the requirements ISO/TS 16949:2002 version «2» for automotive industry.
Availability of production areas, a qualified personnel, regular improvement of the products as well as customer-oriented quality policy insure a stable position of the company on the market of automobile and tractor spare parts.
Jan. 1976 – Grodno subsidiary of Brest electromechanical factory was established. It produced wires and loud speakers to radio cassette players.
1978 – The first radio cassette player «Grodno-303» was produced.
1980 – Grodno factory «Avtomagnitola» obtained a status of an independent company.
1981-1982 - Complicated radio technical complexes for special purposes in aircraft industry and stereo automobile cassette players «Grodno-302» were launched and produced.
1990– The factory was renamed into Industrial Corporation «Volna». Automobile cassette players «Grodno ÐÌ-310ÑÀ, 312ÑÀ» were launched.
1993-1994 - The manufacture of special equipment was closed down. According to the resolution of the Ministry of Industry of Belarus the company elaborated and launched the production of tractor alternators for ÌÌZ.
Apr. 1995 - Industrial Corporation «Volna» was joined by Grodno factory «Radiopribor», which produced black and white TV-sets, all-wave radio-sets and cable TV equipment.
2000 - Industrial Corporation «Volna» was renamed into Grodno State Unitary Industrial Enterprise «Radiovolna».
2003 – A manufacture of electrical wire harnesses for Volkswagen company was launched on the territory of «Radiovolna».
2004 – The company closed down the manufacture of radio-sets and TV-sets and reoriented towards manufacture of spare parts and components to automobile and tractor machinery.
Feb. 2004 - State Enterprise «Radiovolna» joined Industrial Corporation «Minsk Motor Works» (MMZ).
2004-2006 – A great deal of spare parts and units to engines (heat-exchangers, silicone dampers, belt idlers, arms, pulleys, connecting pipes, angle bars, caps and jets, fans, oil tubs, etc.) were launched.
2006-2008 – The range of products was expanded by launching new models of heat-exchangers, dampers, electromagnetic clutches and other spare parts to engines.
